Postponement Of Hearing (N.Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) WASHINGTON, June 14. The trial of the Ku Klux Klan leader, Mr Robert Shelton, on a charge of contempt of Congress was postponed today till September 12. The hearing is expected to be a test case for the trial of six other klansmen who. with Shelton, refused to produce documents for the House of Representatives un-Ameri-can activities committee during its investigation into klan activities last year.
