JOCKEY IN HOSPITAL

(N.Z. Press Association) PALMERSTON NORTH. Doctors expect B. J. Clements to be in Palmerston North Hospital for about six weeks. He broke a Teg in three places at the Manawatu races on Saturday. Clements believes his leg was struck by a falling horse during the Ruahdne Hurdles. C. McGovern, injured in a race fall at Waverley recently, was discharged from Wanganui Hospital last Thursday. It may be at least three months before he can resume work.
