(N.Z. Press Assn. —Copyright) SAIGON, June 13. Premier Nguyen Cao Ky yesterday suddenly cancelled a trip to South Korea. The Premier was to leave for Seoul today to address -he three-day Asia-Pacific Foreign Ministers’ conference.

It was reported that the Korean Government had told the Vietnamese Government that General Ky’s visit would be eraharassing at present but would be welcome after the conference.

Another factor that may have influenced General Ky’s decision was the internal situation.
