EXILE TO END.—Archduke Otto of Hapsburg (son of the last Emperor of Austria-Hungary), who was recently granted permission to return to Austria. He has been in exile since the end of the 1914-18 war. when he was seven years old. It is reported that Archduke Otto and his family wish to settle in Vienna. This photograph shows the Archduke at a frontier post between Germany and Austria a year or two ago, when he was denied entry to his homeland. His return to Austria has been a national issue for years and strenuously opposed by many.
