(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, June 12. Sir Arthur Tyndall will be the sole arbitrator in the dispute between the Airline Pilots’ Association and N.A.C. The chairman of N.A.C. (Sir Andrew McKee), announcing this on behalf of both parties, said Sir Arthur Tyndall would begin his invest!tiohs within the next week or so. “The proceedings will be held in private and will be confidential to negotiating parties and Sir Arthur Tyndall’s decision will be binding on both sides,” said Sir Andrew McKee.
