Youth Gaoled For Rape
WELLINGTON, June 12. A sentence of two and a half years’ imprisonment was imposed by Mr Justice McGregor on Friday on Malcolm Andrew Elliott, aged 17, a storeman-driver, who had pleaded guilty to a charge of rape. The charge arose from incidents at a party at Waikanae on May 1.
