Clarke's Now A Subsidiary

Email, Ltd., has increased its interest in the New Zealand distributor H. W. Clarite (N.Z.), Ltd., and now holds approximately two-thirds of Clarite’s issued capital. For the last five years, Email has had a minority interest in Clarke’s, which holds the distribution franchise for Westinghouse Electric International Company in New Zealand. . . H. W. Clarite (N.Z.) now becomes a partly-owned subsidiary of Email Industries, the New Zealand holding company. _ „ , Last year Email also acquired a one-third interest in a New Zealand manufacturing company—Begley's Industries. Ltd. Begiev’s manufacture and distribute domestic appliances and commercial electric equipment. x Some Begley products are distributed by H. W. Clarite.
