Five Thefts Reported
The theft of £l2 from the Civic Cafe, 186 Manchester street, on Thursday night, was reported to the police on Thursday. The money was in a cash bag near the back door of the cafe. Property worth £8 19s was stolen from a hairdresser’s shop at 265 Bower avenue when it was broken into on Wednesday night. A radiogram, valued at £2O. was stolen from a house in Armagh street, and a radio worth £l7 taken from a house in Normans road. A coat valued at £lO was stolen from the Coronation Hospital. The thefts were reported to the police on Thursday.
