Holmbrae Goes Aground

DUNEDIN, June 9. The coaster Holmbrae was pulled off a sand bank in the Otago harbour this morning, having gone aground last night
The ship left the Rattray street wharf, Dunedin, on her way to Timaru and struck the sand bank in Blanket Bay at 8.30 p.m. She could not be refloated till high tide this morning when a tug pulled her back into the narrow channel. There was no damage.
