Purchase By S’bk. Fowlds
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, June 9. The chairman of Seabrook distributors, announces the purchase of Armstrong’s Engineering and Welding Works, of Takanini, manufacturers of heavy duty ancillary transport equipment.
The consideration was a share exchange involving the issue of 30,000 ordinary 10s shares.
