Not Playing In Skins

[From Our Rugby Reporter] INVERCARGILL. The Lions may play against Southland tomorrow wearing jerseys at present being made for them in Wellington. The team's own jerseys have not yet arrived in Invercargill from the ship in which they were brought from Australia. In all matches the team will be numbered from 1-15. Originally the players were to have had touring numbers which would have been used in provincial matches. It is probably just as well this has been changed for the numbering would have been in alphabetical order: Bebb, a wing. No. 1, CampbellLamerton, a lock, No. 2.
