The touring British Rugby league team on Wednesday suffered its second successive defeat, when it was beaten, 10-5, by Central Queensland. Its first defeat was on Sunday when the team went down, 15-17, to North Queensland in Townsville. Central Queensland’s forwards played brilliantly and dominated the game. They outplayed and outtackled the British pack and on occasions the tourists were driven back while in possession.
