RELATIONS WITH EAST

The West German Free Democratic Party junior partners in the Bonn coalition Government—yesterday called for the preparation of full diplomatic relations with East European Communist countries. The call came in a resolution adopted by the party at its annual congress in Nuremberg. The Soviet Union is the only Communist country with which Bonn has diplomatic relations.
