Warning Of Increase (N.Z. Press Association i WELLINGTON, June 7 The State insurance Office in its annual report issued in Parliament today said premium rates will be increased if the claims experience of comprehensive motor-vehicle business deteriorated further. A sharp rise in claim costs reduced the underwriting surplus of the office to £344.502 for 1965 compared with £614,561 the previous year. The increased cost of claims applied to all the main classes of business, but was particularly marked in motorvehicle insurance.

The net premium income increase was £832,952 the .largest in the history of the [office, the report said. All the imain classes of business shared in the increase.
