Car And Horse Collide

The driver of car which collided with a horse at the corner of Worcester street and McLean street at 1 a.m yesterday was treated at the Christchurch Hospital for shock. She is Gale Helen Brown, of 485 Halswell road The horse was treated at the scene of the accident by a veterinary surgeon and later taken to the Waimairi County Council pound. It was claimed by its owner during the day.
