(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, June 7. Consolidated net profit of M. S. D. Spiers, of Marton, for the year to March 31, was £48,867 against £43,794 the previous year, an increase of 11.6 per cent Result is after providing £51,574 ( 52,389) for depreciation and £45,751 (41,439) for tax. Dividend increased from 7 to 7f per cent takes £24,990 (21,204) and is covered 1.9 times. Books close July 13.
