Troops Take Over
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) LEOPOLDVILLE. June 6. Congolese troops took over strategic points of the city of Leopoldville yesterday in enforcement of a military plan scheduled in the event of unrest, the Associated Press said. Radio Kinshasa (Leopoldville) announced this, specifying that the authorities had decided to enforce the plan after an explosion late on Saturday of three small charges of plastic explosives in public places.
