Gang Leader Gaoled

(N.Z. Press Association) HAMILTON, June 6. A youth, described by the police as “the self-appointed leader of a Hell’s Angels motor cycle gang,” was today sentenced to one month's imprisonment followed by two years’ probation in the Hamilton Magistrate’s Court. He was David Lynn Roach, one of 16 youths who were charged with being found in a house at Piopio without lawful excuse.

Two girls appeared in Court later and another three will appear in the Children’s Court.
