In acordance with section 22 (1) of that Act and is there open for Inspection without fee to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public. Objections to the scheme or to any part thereof shall be in writing in form E prescribed in the first schedule to the Town and Country Regulations, 1960, and shall be lodged at the office of the council at any time not later than the thirty-first day of August, 1966. At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection, and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objections will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the County Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.
