GOLD-MEDAL WINNER.—Mrs O. Mclntosh, of Christchurch, being presented with the gold medal of the Photographic Society of America for a coloured slide in the international exhibition organised by the Auckland Photographic Society. She also won the Auckland society’s silver medal for the best pictorial slide at the Auckland Festival. Mrs Mclntosh is the first New Zealander to win the American award. Mr W. Robb, the immediate past-president of the Photographic Society of New Zealand, is making the presentation.
