TOKYO, Mar. 10. Indonesia’s official Antara news agency said yesterday that the American Stanvac Oil Company will be taken over by the Indonesian Government in a few days. This move was disclosed at a meeting by Dr. Alghozi, an official of the Department of Oil and Natural Gas Affairs, but the news agency gave no further details in a broadcast monitored in Tokyo. Stanvac is one of the three foreign oil companies still operating in Indonesia. The others are the Americanowned Caltex and Britishowned Shell Oil.
