increased export sales; End the P.A.Y.E. scheme for companies formed after July 26, 1957, so that all companies pay tax in the traditional way; Exclude from income on which provisional tax is to be paid income from company dividends; Allow losses by whollyowned subsidiaries to be offset against profits of others in the group in arriving at taxable profit; Simplify tax procedures.
