PUBLIC NOTICES ELLESMERE COUNTY COUNCIL SPECIAL ORDER EXTENSION OF THE BOUNDARIES OF THE LINCOLN SEW ERAGE AND DRAINAGE AREA NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Ellesmere County Council held on Monday, February 21. 1966. the following resolution was passed and will be submitted as a Special Order at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held In the Community Centre, Leeston, on Monday. March 21. 1966, at 10.30 a.m. That In exercise of the powers contained in Section 241 of the Counties Act, 1956, and amendments thereto, the Ellesmere County Council acting on behalf of the Chairman, Councillors and Inhabitants of the County of Ellesmere, hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows: That the boundaries of the Lincoln Sewerage and Drainage Area as defined in Special Order dated the 18th day of February, 1963, be extended to Include all that area of land described in the schedule thereto. SCHEDULE All that area In the Canterbury Land District, Ellesmere County, bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of Ellesmere Junction road m line with the southeastern boundary of Lot 1, D P 1401 and proceeding south-west-erly to and along that boundary and north-westerly along the south-western boundary of that lot to the southernmost corner of Lot 15. DP. 17721; thence westerly along a right line to the northernmost corner of R.S. 39011: thence westerly along the northern boundary of that section to the eastern boundary of Lot 5, D.P 4157, thence northerly and westerly along the eastern and northern boundaries of Lot 5. D P. 4157, and the northern boundary of Lot 6, D.P. 6070, and its pro duction to the south-eastern boundary of Lot 5. D P. 60710: thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of that lot to the easternmost corner of Part R.S. 10001; thence northerly along a right line to the south-eastern corner of Lot 1, D.P. 22492: thence westerly along the southern boundary of that lot and its production to the middle of Springs road: thence northerly along the middle of that road to a point in line with the northern boundary of Part Lot 1. D.P. 6070: thence easterly to and along that boundary, and the northern boundaries of Part Lot 5. D P 1788. Lot 1. D.P. 7717. and the production of the last mentioned boundary to the western boundary of Reserve 4200: thence northerly and eastely along the western and northern boundaries of Reserve 4200 to the northastern corner of the said Reserve; thence north-easterly alnog a right line to the westernmost corner of Part Lot 2, D.P. 1788 (Lincoln District High School); thence northeasterly along the north-west-ern boundaries of Parts Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 1788 and its production to the middle of Boundary road; thence south-easterly along the middle of that road to a point In line with the north-western boundary of Part Rural Section 3041 comprised in C. 155/179; thence north-east-erly to and along that boundary and south-eastbrly along the north-eastern boundaries of the said Part R.S. 3041, Lots 1 and 2 D.P. 23281, Part Lot 2. D. 21227, and Part Lot 1, D.P 5775. comprised in C.T. 387/198 and the production of the last mentioned boundary to the middle of Prebbleton-Llncoln road; thence south-westerly along that middle line to a right line between the south ernmos-t corner of Part Lot 2. D.P. 21227 and the northern most corner of Part Rural Sec tlon 1532 comprised in C.T. 143/247; thence south-easterly along that right line across the Hornby Industrial Line to the northernmost corner of the s-ald Part Rural Section 1532: thence south-easterly and south-west-erly along the north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries of that Part Rural Section 1532 to a point tn line with the north eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 13659; thence southeasterly to and along that boundary and Lot 1, D.P. 14543 to the easternmost Corner of Lot 1. D.P. 14543 and continuing southeasterly through Pt. Lot 4, D.P 13659 and along the north-east-ern boundaries of Lot 2. D.P 14543, Lot 2, D.P 21713, Lot 3. D.P 13659 and Lots 3. 4,5, and 6, D.P, 13270 to the south-eastern boundary of the last-mentioned lot; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of that lot and its production to the middle of LincolnTai Tapu road: thence southeasterly along the middle of that Road to the point of commencement.
