Breezy and Blacky, todaycompleted two weeks in space to pass the endurance record set by the astronauts, Frank Borman and James Lovell. The two Americans stayed up for 330 hours and 35 minutes aboard Gemini VII in December, a few hours short of 14 days. Veterok (Breezy) and Ugolyok (Blacky) were launched on February 22 on an orbit which takes their spaceship. Cosmos 110, up to more than 550 miles above the earth’s surface, higher than anymanned flight.
