Studies at the Centre are mainly concerned with the composition of foodstuffs, avuil&b illy of nutrients, requirequirements, etc. Duties of the appointee will primarily in valve the investigation of the amino acid content of feedstuffs, but fundamental research will be undertaken later in the fiei-.l of amino acid nutrition.
