Raw Milk Tests Satisfactory

AU tests taken so far of raw milk produced by E. F. Barrer and Son’s herd complied with the Food and Drugs Act, said Dr. L. F. Jepson, the Christchurch medical officer of health, in a report to the Christchurch Metropolitan Milk Board yesterday. Dr. Jepson, who had been asked to report on the matter, said the milk was tested for reductase, fat. sol-ids-not-fats, and brucellosis. The tests were made by the iGovernment Analyst and the pathology department of Christchurch Hospital.
