Conferment Of Title Delayed
(N.Z.P A.-Reuter—Copyright) AMSTERDAM, March 6. The title of Prince of the Netherlands will not be conferred on the West German diplomat, Mr Claus Von Arnsberg, until his marriage to Crown Princess Beatrix in Amsterdam next Thursday. The authorities want the marriage to be completely official and irrevocable before they confer the title. For if any hitch occurred between conferment of the title and the marriage ceremony the D'iitch State would be committed to meeting all the obligations accompanying the title —including an annual income of about £75,000.
