The board member, Mr John Adams, will arrive in Tokyo by air tomorrow. He has been sent to Tokyo t< offer any assistance the Japanese Government may desire in investigating the crashes. The 8.0.A.C. crash yesterday was the airline's first for nearly 10 years. Sir Giles Guthrie, board chairman of 8.0.A.C. is due in Tokyo tonight with a staff of 20 also to investigate the crash.
