The Skin Is Vital Organ
r VHE skin is, belint it or J not, an organ of the human body. And it is the largest organ of all. On each square inch of skin there are some 625 sweat glands These perform a vital function in eliminating excess acids and inpurities from the system. If this function is not performed naturally as a result of physical effort (and too many people today do not do enough excercise), the induced perspiration of the home sauna bath is invaluable.
