The reason is that the iongi infra-red rays from the sun ; are reflected off the snow I:
| and ice and diffused into health-giving short infra-red I rays which penetrate the
/body as health energy. It is this principle of utilising the reflected infrared rays which has been developed to allow physical treatment with these rays in private homes—in the form of the home sauna bath.
