Applicants for Moulding Foreman must be experienced in hand and machine moulding and in the supervision of a moulding line. Technical training would be an advantage. Applicants for Metallurgist must be keen practical men and thoroughly conversant with all normal laboratory testing procedures for the various metals, core and moulding sands. Membership of a recognised professional association would be an advantage.
