To Entertain Passengers

"Miss Haere-mai,” Mrs Carol Cunningham, will promote New Zealand among Australian passengers on a cruise ship going from Wellington to Auckland next week.

While on board the Arcadia, a P. and O. Orient Lines vessel which sailed from Sydney recently, Mrs Cunningham will wear the Maori costume, and give talks, show films, and play tape recordings and records on New Zealand. She will also meet and talk informally with passengers and will demonstrate the long poi dance.
