Ghana
Sir, —Presumably this country, as a member of the International Monetary Fund, has contributed towards the millions of dollars poured into places like Ghana, where much of it seems to have gone straight down the drain in futile and frivolous enterprises. Have we no means of ensuring that our contribution is not frittered away on such meaningless extravagance?—Yours, etc., M.T. March 4, 1966.
