Ban On Dogs Sought
(N.Z. Frets Association) AUCKLAND, Mar. 2. The Municipal Association will ask for legislation to enable municipaiities to prohibit dogs from being allowed outside the owner’s property unless under control. A remit asking the Government to this effect was passed by the association at its conference yesterday.
