Leave For Action For Damages
Leave to begin and proceed with an action for damages against Bulk Supplies, Ltd., a company in liquidation, was granted Allan Edward Joseph Turner, an engineer (Mr J. F. Burn), by Mr Justice Macarthur in the Supreme Court yesterday, subject to consent by counsel for the company, Mr C. B. Atkinson, to an amendment of the wording of the motion for leave, as made by His Honour.
