S.P.A.N.Z. Pilots

Sir,—May 1, through your columns, pay tribute to the S.P.A.N.Z. air crew and staff. They were always so cheerful and efficient, even when operating under the most trying conditions. On joining the National Airways Corporation, the S.P.A.N.Z. pilots have lost seniority. The “law of the jungle” attitude of the N.A.C. pilots does not befit their profession. 1 believe most of S.P.A.N.Z.'s captains are among New Zetaland’s most experienced pilots.— Yours, etc., S.P.A.N.Z. TRAVELLER. March 1, 1966.
