Lady Janus Best
"The Press" Special Service LEVIN. Lady Janue went best of the fast workers preparing for Wanganui at Levin yesterday morning. Of the horses restricted to slower tasks Worthy Chat appeared the best. Work was done in the middle of the course proper. The going was fast. Landy Janus and My Cail covered four furlongs in 49 2-ssec, the final three in 37 l-ssec. They were together at the finish, but My Call had the outside running. Lady Janus ran a useful race in the Hack Stayers' Plate at Wanganui on the first day and her work yesterday was more impressive than before the first day. My call w not engaged thia week.
