MORE MONEY FOR U.N.
Promise Made By Norway (N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) OSLO. Norway has promised total contributions of £1,600,000 to United Nations assistance programmes in 1966, subject to Parliamentary approval. Representing an increase of over £50,000, compared with 1965, the pledge includes £425,000 to the Expanded Programme for Technical Assistance, and £1,175,000 to the United Nations Special Fund.
