SATURDAY (Before Messrs G. D. Griffiths and A. R. Tullett, Justices of the Peace) REMANDED

Peter Patrick Quinn, unemployed, was remanded on bail to February 10 on a charge of arson.

Joseph Maraki, a workman, was remanded in custody to February 10 on a charge of being a rogue and a vagabond, in that, being a suspected person, he frequented Moorhouse avenue with intent.

Colin . Alexander Doyle, aged 22, a mechanic, was remanded on bail to today on a charge of using insulting language in New Brighton. He pleaded not guilty.
