New Italian Cabinet (N Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyrightl ROME, Feb. 6. A pause has been agreed upon in the attempt to form a new Italian coalition Government as the crisis moved today into its third week. The Prime Minister-desig-nate, Mr Aldo Moro, announced last night that he had given up his attempts after calling on President Saragat and consultations with political leaders. The announcement said ! President Saragat would start a new round of consultations next Wednesday, before deciding whether to ask another politician to form a Government. The pause is intended to give party leaders time to discuss the situation. Mr Moro’s Centre-Left coalition Government fell on January 21 over a plan for State-run kindergartens.
