After this date the home will be unlicensed under the Regulations and the management shall be liable accordingly. 2118 INCOME TAX REMINDER PAYMENT OF PROVISIONAL AND TERMINAL TAX The second Instalment of 1966 Provisional tax together with any 1965 Terminal Tax assessed is payable by MARCH 7, 1966, at any Taxes Office of the Inland Revenue Department or at any Post Office with Savings Bank facilities. 1965 Terminal tax assessments issued show the full amount payable. If you are a Provisional taxpayer and have not received your assessment you should pay before March 7 twice the amount paid for the first instalment. However, if you are a farmer who qualifies and has elected to pay Provisional tax in three equal instalments, you should now pay the same amount paiid as a grst instalment. Remember, you can make an estimate or re-estimate of Provisional tax if the income now expected for 1966 is lower than that on which the first instalment of Provisional tax was based. In such cases, the second instalment may be suitably reduced. If the 1966 Provisional tax has already been paid in full no second instalment payment is necessary. L. J.
