LONDON, Feb. 4.

A new prison block crammed with electronic warning devices and modern amenities awaits top security prisoners at Parkhurst, on the Isle of Wight.

Three of the great train robbers—Douglas Goody, Thomas Wibey and Roy James—are expected to be moved there soon to complete their 30-year sentences.
