Appeal On Cabins

NELSON, February 3.
The Nelson City Council will appeal against a November 19, 1965, decision of the Supreme Court which said that the council’s construction of certain cabins at the Tahuna beach reserve was illegal. The council made its decision to lodge the appeal at a special meeting last night after it had received the views of the Tahuna Beach Camp, Inc., on the question.
