Trotting Year Book
Mr Irving Rudd, publicity officer for Yonkers Raceway, New York, studies a draft copy of “New Zealand Trotting” in his Christchurch hotel yesterday, while Mr A. J. Nicoll (right), president of the New Zealand Trotting Conference,, and Mr J. Rowley, secretary of the conference, look on. The publication will be a year book which is being produced for complimentary distribution to members of every trotting club in the Dominion. The book should make members of each club and the general public more aware of the personalities responsible for trotting administration.
Candidate Chosen.—The sitting member, Mr J. G. Edwards, has again been chosen as Labour Party candidate for the Napier seat at this year’s general election.— (P.A.).
