(N Z.P.A. -Reuter— Copyright) SANTIAGO. Professional and amateur boxing has been temporarily banned In Chile after the death of an amateur boxer. Carlos Kazan Martlnex died after being knocked out in a bout last week. He was the third Chilean boxer to die after a fight in little more than a year. _
