Isa mines employees who were not reinstated after last year’s strike is to be taken to the High Court of Australia. The Mt. Isa mine strike ended on April 7 last year All but 45 employees were reinstated. Their reinstatement was ordered by State Industrial Commissioner A. Taylor after a hearing at Mt. Isa.
