Food For Thought INDIVIDUAL MEAT LOAVES

Individual meat loaves make a quick and tasty meal. They are delicious served with fried onions, grilled mushrooms and chips. Ingredients: I cup of corn cereal crumbs 141 b of minced steak i cup of grated cheddar cheese | cup of finely chopped onions i teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of basil 1 cup of tomato sauce 1 cup of milk 2 eggs i cup of finely chopped green peppers 1 dessertspoon of Worcestershire sauce I teaspoon of garlic salt Dash of pepper

Method.—Soak the corn cereal crumbs in the milk and add the steak, eggs, half a cup of cheese, green pepper, onions, seasoning, and quarter of a teaspoon of basil. Mix well and shape into six loaves, i Place in a shallow baking dish.

Spread tomato sauce over the loaves and sprinkle with the remaining cheese and basil. Bake in a moderate oven for 45 minutes. I
