Wrong Switch
(From Our Own Reporter) TIMARU, January 17. The whole of Timaru City, the Albury substation area, Tekapo and the Mackenzie County Council’s area, were without power from 8.28 a.m. to 8.40 a.m. today.
Tlie failure was caused by a mistake during switching at Grants hill substation, Timaru, said a spokesman for the N'ew Zealand Electricity Department.
