Detroit Will Seek Games
(N Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) CHICAGO. The United States Olympic Committee has approved an application by Detroit to stage the 1972 Olympic Games. The list of candidates, which includes Munich, will come before the International Olympic Committee at its meeting in Rome in April. The United States committee also approved an application from Salt Lake City to stage the 1972 Olympic Winter Games.
