Offer Of £420,000 “The Press” Special Service INVERCARGILL. An Australian offer of 1A20.000 has been made for the Adios horse, Dick Adios, which is at the stud in Southland. Dick Adios is held on lease by Mr K. J. Crooks from Mr Noel Simpson. A few weeks back arrangements were made for Deck Adios to stand next season and possibly a further season, in Southland, where he was heavily booked this current stud season. D ; ck Adios first stood in Australia where his early crop, the > oldest now four-year-olds, have been most successful and include a 2:0 pacer in Raider Adios and also a sensational pacer in Amendment, which is i expected to be sold to America in the next few weeks. Dick Adios is a brother to ; the ill-fated Captain Adios, one [of the most successful sires to come to New Zealand.
